Based on a recent survey conducted by 24/7 Wall Street, 55% of Comcast customers report a negative experience. Comcast, which also co-owns streaming service Hulu, ranked the fourth worst out of 350 companies surveyed. Customers reported issues with Comcast, customer satisfaction, technological performance, billing, and loyalty.
